Weekly Wrap Up
Happy Friday, Squares!
It’s been a long – cold ass week here in the Twin Cities. Not just cold, but like — damn, let me put these shorts away and bring my young winter cap and parka back out, cold. I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling bamboozled. Let’s give a great big fat “Fuck You” to March for tricking everybody into thinking summer was going to come in April. NEWS FLASH – it didn’t. But at least the sky’s blue, right? It could be cold, dirty, and gloomy like April tends to be —

— ope, spoke to soon. But I digress, lol. Mufucker’s know they can go on a young rant about the weather.
Anywho, it’s time for our first . . .

WEEKLY WRAP UP
I’m going to give you guys a quick rundown of some shit that I seen in the news that may/ or may not be common knowledge. Nonetheless, Enjoy.
I thought this shit was pretty dope, until I watched THIS video:
Ads. They’re everywhere. It’s how company’s make money on top of making money, so it’s nearly inevitable.
Nonetheless, I think the concept is ill. Humans are always looking for reasons to become lazier — that’s how a lot of mufucker’s make their money, capitalizing on the sheer laziness of the human race. Can’t say I’m mad. The shit’s ingenious.
What do you think about Google Glasses?
What trips me out is that someone — not just someone — but a LOT of people thought this shit was okay. No telling what effect this shit could have on people long term. People just DO shit and then wait to see what happens. I’ll never understand that way of thinking. People will do anything to cut corners and make more bread. Madness
Trayvon Martin Case
So, my man, Zimmerman finally got arrested. Now we can stop jumping to conclusions and let our judicial system decide as opposed to the media. Trayvon’s parents believe it was just accident ( http://youtu.be/7ikm1JCdLjk ) — as do I — but justice still needs to be served.
I, personally, think the man would’ve saved himself a hell of a lot of grief if he just turned himself in from jump, but hey, who am I? I’m excited to see how this plays out. If he gets off — he’ll probably have to leave the country. #justsayin
Now onto Mike Tyson’s dumb ass COMMENTING on the Trayvon Case.
Mike Tyson said, and I quote, “it’s a disgrace Zimmerman hasn’t been shot yet.”
Okay, now everybody’s entitled to their opinion. 75% of the black community may in fact feel the same way, but WE DON’T VOICE THE SHIT. Especially to the got damn press. Keep your thoughts to yourself Mike. You kind of made yourself sound dumb as fuck. But what else could you expect?
Here’s the entire interview if you care to take a gander.
“My personal feeling is that, as a young kid that was beat on by a bully, that was pretty much singled out—the guy [Zimmerman] stalked him, didn’t follow instructions from a superior officer, when they said, ‘Stop following the kid.’ That tells you everything right there. But my all-around perspective, I wasn’t there, I don’t know what happened. But it’s just so widespread and overt what happened. Even though this is the best country in the world, certain laws in this country are a disgrace to a nation of savages. It’s a majority versus a minority. That’s the way God planned it. He didn’t want to do something about it, He wanted us to do something about it. And if we don’t, it’s gonna stay this way. We have to continue tweeting, we have to continue marching, we have to continue fighting for Trayvon Martin. If that’s not the case, he was killed in vain, and we’re just waiting for it to happen to our children. He’ll have gotten away with impunity. It’s a disgrace that man hasn’t been dragged out of his house and tied to a car and taken away. That’s the only kind of retribution that people like that understand. It’s a disgrace that man hasn’t been shot yet. Forget about him being arrested–the fact that he hasn’t been shot yet is a disgrace. That’s how I feel personally about it.”
Shakin my dreads.
